Version 0.2.1: Starting Equipment and Bonus Round

Just a small update this time: all characters now have multiple possible starting equipment for you to try out, adding more replayability to both Warrior and Thief. In addition, both characters got a sprinkling of new items added into the mix, and a few minor bugs were fixed.
